Fabrication and Welding Student of the Year – Braddon Haigh

Leeds City College annual awards ceremony saw 50 exceptional students take to the stage and receive an accolade for their hard work, dedication and commitment to their studies.

Braddon from LWC celebrated achieving the award for Fabrication and Welding student of the year, having shown commitment to his college studies and for the superb effort he has put in at LWC.

Further to his success, he has represented LWC in Germany, gaining further training on robotic welding machines.

“We are delighted with the progress that Braddon has made in his apprenticeship and to win this award is an excellent accolade. We are now thinking that we might employ other apprentices on the back of this successful first experience.”
